The Three Musketeers Ch. 1-8

Our adventure begins with a man by the name of d'Artagnan. As he is about to leave home his father gives him three gifts, a horse, some money, and a letter. This letter was addressed to Monsieur de Treville. It wasn't long before he spent his money, sold the horse and lost the letter. D'Artagnan is a very hot-headed man, who is still quit young, yet is very skilled with a sord. D'Artagnan meets the three musketeers and ends up becoming a hero. The musketeers accepted d'Artagnan and grow to really like him. He finds a place to live, but little did he know what he was getting into. His landlord was a name by the name of Monsieur Bonacieux. One day Monsieur Bonacieux comes to d'Artagnan and tells him that his wife has been kidnapped and he believes that it's a message to the Queen about her affair with the Duke of Buckingham. The Cardinals men set up a trap in Monsieur Bonacieux home, questioning everyone who came to the door. When Madame Bonacieux came back the Cardinals men tried to take her but d'Artagnan saved her. Then he takes her to Aramis house where she informs them that she had been kidnapped and she has to get back to the Queen. And in that short time d'Artagnan has fallen in love with Madame Bonacieux.
